Junior Box-Wrestle

Classes are aimed at 6 to 12 year olds. A fun based introduction to traditional boxing and wrestling including fitness training and technique. Great for building stamina and confidence.
We’ve taken out the punching, kicking, knees and submissions and focused on fitness, escaping from positions and how to defend against strikes. Box-Wrestle is great for fitness, confidence building and those looking for something new.

What will I need?

Just bring shorts, a t-shirt and a whole load of energy!
