ZT Fight Skool has developed a range of classes that uses all the conditioning, strength and fitness drills that are used by professional fighters. We’ve taken out the contact and sparring and developed a class format that captures what a professional fighter needs to do to be fit to fight.
Box-X
This is a boxing based workout designed by ZT founder Sol Gilbert. Box-X incorporates all the best strength, fitness and conditioning exercises from Boxing and Thai boxing training blended together in our own special ZT way – Without the sparring! Find out more about this class
