- Prices: Classes ( 1 hr 15mins): £8
- Day pass ( Use of gym, cage, mats and bags ): £10
- Personal Training for one person: £30 an hour
- Personal Training for 2 people: £40 an hour
- ZT Fighter PT Membership: £108 a month Direct Debit. This includes 4 PT sessions a month and use of ZT Fight Skool 2’s weights and facilities.
ZT Fight Skool offers classes in a variety of Martial Arts.
Each Martial Art class on offer is managed and
taught by highly experienced and qualified instructors.
Here is a brief overview of each Martial Art.
Boxing
A fitness and cross training class. This class is a must for anyone wanting to take their fitness to a new level. The class incorporates circuits and punching techniques.
Unlicensed Boxing Training
Boxing training for fighters focusing on technique and sparring for those looking to compete in ZT Fight Nights.
MMA
A combination of Boxing, Wrestling, Submissions and Muay Thai. MMA mixes all these Martial Arts for an intensive class. Great for cardio, great for self defense and great for those looking to get involved in the UK’s fastest growing sport - MMA!
Muay Thai
This is a traditional Thai style incorporating high kicks, low kicks, knees, elbows, punches and clinch work.
K1
This is a westernised style of kickboxing incorporating fitness, punching, knees and low leg kicks.
Freestyle Kung-Fu
Wu Ji Chuan = Freestyle Kung Fu includes punching, kicking, elbows and knees, as well as, Chin Na (standing wrist/arm locks and restraints), throws and Chinese ground fighting.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu - BJJ
BJJ is a martial art and combat sport that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting with the goal of gaining a dominant position and using joint-locks and chokeholds. Some classes require you to wear a Gi and others don’t.
Submission Wrestling
Very similar to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu but without the Gi. This gives the techniques more application in an MMA environment.
Chi Kung & Meditation
This is a form of Chan (Zen) meditation, which is designed to help you centre yourself, relieve stress and find inner peace through mantras, music and breathing. Yee Jing Chi Kung is a system of breathing that improves mental and physical well being through the use of different breathing patterns, postures (like yoga) movements (like Tai Chi) and meditation.
Box-X
A new form of Boxercise that is not to be missed. Designed by ZT founder Sol Gilbert, Box-X incorporates all the best strength, fitness and conditioning exercises from Boxing and Thai boxing training blended together in our own special ZT way.
All the classes are taught by fully qualified and insured instructors.
